| Proper filled Singapore Visa Form (14A) by the applicants with original signatures as per passport in blue or black ink only. As per new Guidelines from the Consulate now passenger will have to totally sign at three places on the visa form • Applicant name and passport number of the should be mentioned behind all the photos with waterproof marker pen only. One Photo to be pasted on the visa form by applicant with signature (half signature is on photo and half on visa form). • Signature on page 2 below Yes & No column (part III). • At the end of the form on page 3 above the applicant signature column. |
| Total Three photograph are required without spectacles or head gear, color photos 35” x 45”mm, White background, (white background with white shirts are not allowed kindly take the photos in dark shirts) Matt finish, 80% face appearance with both ears clearly visible. |

| Singapore Consulate does not provide Business Visa to the applicants going for training purpose. Therefore, applicants who intend to visit Singapore for training purposes, need to send an email to THE MINISTRY OF MANPOWER at mom_wpd@mom.gov.sg (Website – www.mom.gov.sg) mentioning the reason for travel along with invitation letter as an attachment. Applicant Visa can be processed only after getting response from THE MINISTRY OF MANPOWER |
